Your donation is a political contribution to MISD Future PAC, a Texas General-Purpose Committee. EIN 33-2785922. Donations are not tax-deductible.

How will donations be used?

Our fundraising is about defending public education in our community. We will help offset the cost of running in local elections, develop campaigns to educate the community, and champion the dedicated educators that serve our children.

Local Elections
  • Conduct candidate interviews, review public records, and provide resources to inform the public on candidate priorities
  • Coordinate with candidates who are pro-public education
  • Oppose candidates and policies that are detrimental to the future of MISD
  • Encourage everyone who lives in the district to vote in local elections
Community Engagement
  • Raise awareness of the importance of fully funding Public Education
  • Educate parents on the demographics and makeup of our district
  • Highlight opportunities for parents and community members to get involved
  • Encourage parents to attend and participate in school board meetings
Champion Educators
  • Highlight the hard work and dedication of MISD educators and staff
  • Feature educators who are going above and beyond to make a difference
  • Sponsor campus programs for schools in need of extra resources
  • Support local educators by partnering with PTAs
